Are there certain thoughts that still hurt no matter how many times you do The Work™? Have you turned the thought around so many times that you’re dizzy? Are you interested in giving The Work™ extra oomph, so those pesky limiting beliefs no longer stifle your plans and intentions?
Most of us have a few limiting beliefs that just won’t go away. We have spent years, in fact, compiling evidence to convince ourselves that they’re true. These are the, “I’m not good enough,” or “I don’t deserve to be happy,” thoughts that all other painful thoughts seem to eventually lead.
In Byron Katie’s latest book, A Mind At Home with Itself, she talks about how she spent an entire year working through the deep-rooted thought, “My mother doesn’t love me,” and its many variations.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or tapping) perfectly complements the process of inquiry because negative emotions disrupt the body’s energy flow, and EFT restores the flow and rebalances the body’s energy system.
Join Allyson to learn how to incorporate EFT into your current inquiry practice, so those deep-rooted limiting beliefs no longer cause you pain or block your success.
In this teleclass, you will learn:
- The basics of EFT
- How to infuse EFT into The Work™ in a powerful way that doesn’t change the original formula of The Work™
- A technique to thoroughly unpack a deep-rooted limiting belief and identify its variations
During class, we’ll use the thought, “I’ll never make enough money as a life coach,” as the sample limiting belief because so many coaches struggle with this thought.
Let’s free ourselves once and for all from those pesky beliefs!
